The Electronic Medical Record System Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Sandstone Care and our Electronic Medical Record Systems (Alleva and Avea), overseeing the integration, maintenance, and enhancement of our EMR platform. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage system functionality, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and support data-driven decision-making through dashboards and reporting tools.

In Short

Act as the main point of contact between Alleva and Sandstone Care.
Maintain regular communication with Alleva to track feature development, bug resolution, and platform improvements.
Provide internal updates on Alleva and Avea functionality, enhancements, and best practices.
Lead bi-weekly meetings with key stakeholders, including the Compliance and Care Teams.
Collaborate with external partners to manage system integrations.
Create and maintain Sandstone Care locations within the EMR systems.
Develop, manage, and optimize dashboards using the Looker platform.
Lead the roll-out of new features developed by Alleva and Avea.
Manage the development and maintenance of clinical and medical documentation forms.
Provide ongoing support to clinical leadership in data and tools.

Requirements

Proven experience managing software platforms and vendor relationships.
Strong understanding of system integrations and dashboard development.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Looker and familiarity with clinical and medical documentation systems.
Proficiency in mathematics with a focus on statistics, probability, data analysis, and algebraic concepts.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
