The impact you'll make:

As the Senior Digital Designer, Ecomm, Performance and CRM, you’re a leader in the creative direction and design application of high conversion driving mediums, married with high craft execution and aimed at enhancing customer engagement, experience and brand loyalty. You think community member-out, humanizing creative solutions to ensure a seamless journey end to end.

You have a strong background in helping to develop creative solutions that apply user-centered design processes and are skilled at driving design quality, practice and offerings that meet business and user goals. You love data, consumer journeys and mapping, interaction models, modules and triggers and are well-versed at creating work that works across the CX.

A balance of performance and art, you understand brand building and in collaboration with the Design Director and Executive Creative Director, will work to bring Saje to life within these mediums. You anticipate business and consumer needs by bringing innovative and intelligent solutions forward proactively and are passionate about actioning those solutions with your team members.

What you'll do:

• Build Saje’s purpose and presence through best-in-class design applications and solutions for our digital experience (Ecomm & CRM) and performance channels, working collaboratively with our team of designers and copywriters.
• Drive design quality, practice, and offerings that meet business and user goals as well as create new offerings with a deep focus on conversion, engagement and effectiveness.
• Prepare internal presentations to pitch concepts and designs, solicit feedback, build stakeholder consensus, and secure Digital/Creative/Marketing approval.
• Contribute to the execution of campaigns, as well as manage the evergreen evolution of our brand experience through the Ecomm channels. This includes site design and content creation.
• Work hands on as well as with leadership in partnership with our cross-functional teams to develop design outputs: experience maps, user journeys, interaction models, wireframes, user flows, interaction prototypes, customer journeys, site maps, and other design specification materials.
• You can rapidly prototype and leverage automation where needed to create agile processes and workflows to go to market and work well independently within a fast paced retail environment.
• You will shepherd the brand through thoughtful decisions and a keen eye for detail. You have an implicit understanding of our products and will constantly look to interrogate and evolve our storytelling practices within these digital channels to help educate, convert and grow the brand with a focus on new community members.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience of creative development of Ecomm, CRM and performance marketing assets for multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience within the DTC, CPG, Beauty, Wellness or retail space.
• Strong and proven portfolio that includes integrated campaign application of Ecomm, CRM and growth mediums.
• Track record building successful partnerships across creative, marketing, and product teams.
• You enjoy strategic vision and direction setting, but at heart, you’re a creative problem-solver and mentor.
• You’re comfortable designing within iOS and Android native, Web Responsive, and additional platform guidelines using
• Figma (primary), Adobe XD, the Creative Suite, and other relative design tools.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate design concepts and ideas.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus

The average compensation range for this position is from $80,000 - 90,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
