Senior Accountant - Permanent Work from Home - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accountant will support the company’s accounting operations while working permanently from home during night shifts in the Philippines.

In Short

• Work from home during night shifts (11 pm – 8 am, local time).
• Assist in invoicing and cash forecasts.
• Review payroll entries and intercompany invoices.
• Create financial reconciliation reports monthly.
• Perform analysis of accounts payable and receivable.
• Interact regularly with sales reps and vendors.
• 5-8 years of accounting experience required.
• CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English needed.
• High attention to detail is essential.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Accounting mandatory.
• Experience with US GAAP or IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Outgoing and personable nature required.
• Ability to learn and adapt to accounting software.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a remote working environment is beneficial.
