As a LiveOps Manager at Rounds, you will play a key role in driving user engagement and retention across our suite of utility applications.

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience implementing LiveOps for successful products
• Strong background in A/B testing to optimize feature KPIs
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of mobile KPIs and LiveOps-driven improvements
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools
• Self-motivated, creative, and analytical mindset
• Proficient technical skills are a plus
• Experience working in a game development is a huge plus
