In Short

• Design social ad creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedIn
• Support the creation of animated ads, stories & reels
• Collaborate on creative concepts and graphical implementation with the performance team
• Assist in landing page designs, banners, and UI snippets (optional)
• Actively think about which creatives work and what can be tested or optimized

Requirements

• Studying design, media, communication, or a comparable field
• First practical experience with Adobe Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Optional: Knowledge in Figma, web design, Canva, or no-code tools
• Passionate about visual trends, social media creatives & rapid iterations
• Creative but also goal-oriented and data-driven thinking
• Independent and reliable working style – able to work well remotely
• Interest in performance marketing, A/B testing, and understanding conversion
