Remote Mental Health Counselor Psychotherapist or Social Worker (LMHC or LCSW)

Overview

Rivia Mind is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, salaried W-2 position. The ideal candidate will hold an active license in Massachusetts and be open to obtaining licensure in Connecticut.

• Deliver high-quality clinical care primarily via telehealth.
• Support patients through evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and MI.
• Participate in supervision groups and training.

Requirements

• Master's in Social Work or related field.
• Active LMHC or LCSW license in Massachusetts.
• Experience practicing psychotherapy (minimum 1 year).
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) software.
• Experience in crisis management.
• Knowledge of intake evaluation and treatment planning.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to patient care.
