In Short

• Design visually engaging digital and print materials including social media graphics, infographics, reports, presentations, and email visuals.
• Work closely with communications and data teams to ensure visuals align with messaging and branding.
• Translate data into clear visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve the firm’s visual identity and branding assets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing data visualization and brand storytelling.
• Understanding of progressive values and a desire to advance social justice through design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
