In Short

• Provide DM functional leadership to deliver quality and timely data.
• Interface with the project team and sponsors to ensure data integrity.
• Mentor junior Clinical Data Managers and team members.
• Make strategic decisions related to data management.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Manage database design, development, testing, and validation.
• Create and implement data management plans (DMPs).
• Maintain relationships and data transfer agreements with vendors.
• Define and manage the data review process.
• Conduct or oversee activities for database lock.

• Experience in clinical data management.
• Strong analytical skills.
