This is a permanent CRA II / Senior CRA role to be home based role in Spain.

In Short

• Conduct clinical trials with integrity and quality

• Document observations in site visit reports
• Assist in payment processes and data review
• Mentor junior CRAs and team members
• Support vendor assessments and contract negotiations
• Prepare documents for Ethics Committee submissions
• Participate in team meetings and presentations

Requirements

• Experience in clinical research
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Ability to mentor and train junior staff
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience with adverse event reporting
• Familiarity with investigational medicinal products
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
