Overview

As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the campground's appearance and operations.

In Short

  • Responsible for face-to-face communication with guests.
  • Handle guest concerns and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain campground cleanliness and appearance.
  • Assist guests with retail purchases and local recommendations.
  • Monitor check-in and check-out processes.
  • Enforce campground rules and guidelines.
  • Communicate property conditions and maintenance issues.
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Work in all weather conditions.
  • Utilize POS and booking systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in guest services.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Familiarity with laptops and smartphones.
  • Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
  • Effective critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to de-escalate guest complaints.
  • Passion for camping and outdoor recreation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Empathy and patience with guests.
