In Short

• Assist the Director, Government Programs in developing and maintaining program documentation.
• Monitor program performance against established goals and objectives.
• Track project interdependencies and potential roadblocks.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between program management and teams.
• Manage program risks and issues.
• Assist with program budget management.
• Prepare program presentations and reports.
• Perform other program-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in program or project management in Defense industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office products and/or similar Google applications.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
