Overview

We are retentionclub, a specialized CRM agency focused on E-Commerce, Klaviyo, and sustainable growth through strong customer journeys.

In Short

• Develop high-quality designs for CRM campaigns (emails, flows, templates)
• Collaborate closely with the CRM strategist on design and performance
• Create and develop design systems for clients
• Edit short-form content (TikTok & Instagram Reels) for personal branding
• Visually present content related to CRM, E-Commerce, and entrepreneurship

Requirements

• Excellent eye for design, typography, and aesthetics
• Proficient in common design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Canva)
• Experience in basic video editing (short-form content, reels, TikTok)
• Clean, structured working style
• Motivation to learn and improve
• Basic knowledge of email marketing or CRM is a plus
• Interest in performance, funnels, and data
• Klaviyo knowledge (not mandatory)
• Experience with social content in a business/creator context
