Overview

The District Supervisor is a multi-unit manager responsible for overseeing multiple branch managers and driving district goals in sales, profit, and client service within the consumer finance industry.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the consumer finance industry.
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile.
  • Ability to pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate for career advancement.
  • Excellent knowledge of the consumer finance industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and organize effectively.
