Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale ERP migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with SCM processes.
• Experience with change management for software implementations.
