Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Hybrid Remote)

In Short

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and other staff.
• Deliver direct services to clients of all ages.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
• Perform assessments and client intakes.
• Minimum billable hours: 25 hours per week.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Valid BCBA certification and state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with special needs individuals.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Pass a national background check.
