Senior Product Designer | RD Station - Remote

Overview

Your role will be to lead the experience vision of RD Station Conversations, acting autonomously to simplify complex journeys and increase the influence of design within the squad.

• Lead the design process, adapting discovery and delivery as needed.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to structure hypotheses.
• Propose lean and iterative solutions with quick cycles of learning.
• Measure impact by connecting usage, adoption, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate solutions.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Product Design for SaaS products, with proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Business acumen to understand customer journeys and product success drivers.
• Technical autonomy to transform ambiguity into viable solutions.
• Lean and systemic thinking to analyze problems and propose creative solutions.
• Negotiation skills to defend data-driven design decisions.
