Overview

We are a rapidly expanding eCommerce company specializing in selling supplements on Amazon. As we grow our product offerings and explore new sales channels like TikTok Shop and Facebook ads, we are looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in inventory management, product sourcing, and forecasting using tools like Helium10.

• Product sourcing to meet demand and ensure supply matches forecasting models.
• Proactive inventory forecasting and management using SoStocked or similar platforms.
• Track product expiration dates and prioritize sales for items nearing expiration.
• Manage inventory needs based on new sales channels like TikTok Shop and Facebook Ads.
• Timely reordering of inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Regular updates and reports on inventory levels and forecasted needs.
• Utilize Helium10 for accurate inventory forecasting and management.
• Collaborate with marketing, ads, and operations teams for synchronized operations.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management and product sourcing.
• Familiarity with SoStocked or similar inventory tools.
• Ability to manage and forecast inventory effectively.
• Experience in the supplement industry is a plus.
