Responsible for performing a variety of hands-on tasks across properties in Connecticut.
Capture high-quality interior and exterior photos of properties.
Replace deadbolts and install lockboxes for security.
Handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
Inspect heating and cooling systems, plumbing, and other key areas.
Plan routes for best mileage and time results.
Collaborate with licensed professionals for property access.
Assist with various property-related tasks.
Maintain high standards of PurchRock.

Requirements

Experience in maintenance and repairs.
