Overview

PublicRelay is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Media Analyst to join our cross-functional Customer Support team at our Waterford office. This role manages multiple accounts and daily deliverables that help our clients to identify pertinent trends in their media coverage.

In Short

Utilize proprietary technology to analyze media content.
Curate daily customized client newsletters.
Manage internal account resources for accurate analysis.
Communicate with clients and senior executives.
Develop and lead account-specific trainings.
Collaborate with other analysts and the Client Success team.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
Strong interpersonal communications and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of media coverage.
Strong customer service skills.
Intellectual curiosity and commitment to current events.
Agency experience is a plus.
