The TikTok Lead Social Manager will take full ownership of Pubity’s TikTok presence, responsible for strategy, content, people, growth, and performance.

Own Pubity’s TikTok channel end to end
Set and evolve TikTok content strategy and formats

Monitor platform changes and act on opportunities
Define high-quality TikTok content standards
Hire and manage TikTok freelancers and contributors

Requirements

Proven experience managing a high-growth TikTok account
Strong understanding of TikTok culture and storytelling
Experience managing freelancers or small teams
Ability to think strategically while executing quickly
Strong editorial judgment and cultural awareness
Comfortable owning performance outcomes
