The Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) plays an integral part in the successful monitoring and management of clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Monitor clinical studies of investigational and approved products.
• Manage and train site personnel on study protocols.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with medical and pharmaceutical terminology.
• Extensive knowledge of FDA regulations.
• Ability to travel on short notice.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• RN or Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field.
• Previous CRA experience demonstrating career growth.
