Overview

We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing Team, playing a key part in shaping the visual identity of Project Farma and the clients we serve.

In Short

• Lead the design and execution of branded materials across multiple campaigns and platforms.
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, event signage, and promotional items.
• Manage and prioritize incoming design requests across departments.
• Produce compelling motion graphics and videos for digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance visual communication strategies.
• Ensure consistent visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints.
• Track time spent on design deliverables for billable work.
• Stay up to date with design trends.
• Engage with senior leadership and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Contribute to marketing campaign execution across various channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a graphic design role.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience creating digital campaign assets.
• Experience in large corporate environments, preferably in life sciences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong copy/layout review skills.
• Willingness to travel for limited all-company events.
