As a CNC Programmer/Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in driving the productivity and efficiency of our operations by developing, maintaining, and optimizing CNC programs and production documentation.

In Short

  • Use CAD to create and modify 3D models of components.
  • Draft CAM programs from the 3D models to produce products.
  • Trial run products on the CNC to ensure proper functionality.
  • Provide consistent documentation and prints for production.
  • Coordinate with Production to implement Engineering Change Requests.
  • Communicate and work with Engineering and Production teams.
  • Assist with all projects in Production.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software.
  • 3-5 years of experience using SolidWorks or similar CAD software.

Requirements

  • CNC setup experience.
  • Ability to read 2D layouts and visualize in 3D.
  • Blueprint creating/reading including dimensioning & tolerances.
  • Advanced math skills and ability to use measuring devices.
  • Ability to interpret engineering documentation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
