In Short

• Responsible for accounts receivable and payable accounting
• Recording and verifying incoming invoices to ensure correct bookings
• Processing payment runs and monitoring incoming and outgoing payments
• Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including account reconciliations
• Identifying and implementing process optimizations to improve accounting workflows
• Creating and revising work instructions

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in accounting or finance
• Successfully completed commercial training, a degree, or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• English proficiency at C1 level
• German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
