In Short

• Guide clients through their Medicare options.
• Handle inbound calls and follow up with interested prospects.
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate plans.
• Document client interactions and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and manage renewals.
• 1 year experience selling MAPD and Medicare Supplement plans.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and closing skills.
• Must have your own computer and headset.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of tele-sales or call center experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Active Resident Health Insurance License required.
• Completion of 2026 AHIP certification preferred.
