Overview

Open Space CCW is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide affirming psychotherapy to the LGBTQIA+ community and other marginalized identities in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of counseling experience.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work.
• Experience with LGBTQIA+ and marginalized communities.
• Ability to conduct at least 25 client sessions weekly.
• Alignment with the mission of Open Space CCW.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
