• Design and develop multi-layer PCB layouts for wearable and IoT systems.
• Optimize RF board designs for compliance with FCC and CE certifications.
• Troubleshoot hardware performance issues including signal integrity and power management.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers to validate hardware functionality.
• Work with vendors to ensure quality control and scalability of hardware components.
• 5+ years of experience in PCB design with a focus on high-speed signal integrity.
• Experience in RF board design for wearables or low-power embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with products that have passed FCC/CE certifications.
• Nice to have experience with Vector Network Analyzers and firmware development.
• Familiarity with wireless communication protocols and RTOS-based systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PCB design (4+ layers).
• Deep understanding of high-speed signal integrity and power distribution.
• Proven experience in RF board design for wearables, IoT, or embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with FCC/CE certifications.
• Experience with Vector Network Analyzers is a plus.
• Ability to write firmware for testing RF components is a plus.
• Knowledge of wireless communication protocols is a plus.
• Experience in RTOS-based systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with BLE & WiFi at the firmware level is a plus.
• Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus.
