Overview

The Client Relations Representative is responsible for enhancing worksite marketing and sales of insurance products to client members through active client management.

In Short

  • Enhance worksite marketing and sales of insurance products.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships within assigned territory.
  • Create sales opportunities for outside sales personnel.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and fill sales calendars with appointments.
  • Prepare and update sales presentations.
  • Attend client meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal management.
  • Analyze participation reports to monitor progress.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
  • Work with Outside Agents to provide territory coverage.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of client relations or account management experience.
  • Proficient PC skills, including spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Current NYS Life, Accident and Health license or ability to obtain it.
  • Valid driver license.
