Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re building Omni: a platform allowing users to access the onchain economy in a single interface. We’re looking for early team members to help us bring this ambitious vision to life.

In Short

• Establish world-class product discovery practices
• Identify and dominate our first niche in the onchain trading ecosystem
• Implement structured user research process
• Conduct 20+ user interviews in the first month
• Launch first experiments with measurable success criteria by the second month
• Iterate on the product quickly based on user feedback
• Engage daily with users and ship improvements weekly

• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from 0 to 1

Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience with at least 2 years in product discovery/0-to-1
• Track record of finding PMF in ambiguous spaces
• Excellence at user research and synthesis
• Ability to work independently and move fast
• Located in US or Europe
• Able to convert user research into actionable engineering work
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from 0 to 1
