Graphic Designer: Product, Packaging & Visual Merchandising - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our design team, with a primary focus on product packaging and visual merchandising. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing elevated brand creative that translates business and marketing objectives into designs that are on-brand, beautiful, and clear to the consumer. In Short

• Collaborate with creative, product, retail, and marketing team members to design compelling assets across all channels.
• Concept and execute packaging from initial design through production-ready files.
• Design retail and point-of-sale materials including displays and signage.
• Maintain high brand standards and quality assurance across all work.
• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all projects.
• Demonstrate flexibility and strong organizational skills across a varied project load.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong 3D rendering skills applicable to visual merchandising.
• Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.
• Experience with Figma or a similar visualization platform.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• A collaborative spirit and positive attitude.
• BFA or BA in Graphic Design or a related field.
• A genuine love for the beauty industry.
