Overview

In Short

• Capture all incoming payments.
• Complete invoices in our system.
• Enter accounting entries into our accounting program.
• Collect all digital receipts and manage the filing system.
• Collaborate with the support team for accounts receivable.
• Ensure our books are accurate and up-to-date.
• Reconcile bank accounts to prepare financial reports.
• Identify improvement potential in accounting processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the fiduciary industry.
• Proven practical experience in accounting is a basic requirement.
• Knowledge of Abaninja and/or Abacus is a plus.
• Precise, structured, and independent working style.
• Enjoyment of numbers and analytical thinking.
