Overview

Octave is seeking to partner with group practices in Arlington, VA and Alexandria, VA to provide high-quality behavioral health care both in-person and remotely.

In Short

• Partner with group practices for behavioral health care.
• Provide therapy via video sessions and in-person.
• Focus on adult clients with mental health concerns.
• Must have a master’s or doctoral level license in Virginia.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapies required.
• Provide culturally responsive care.
• Work with a supportive team of clinicians.
• Must have a commercial clinical space for in-person sessions.
• Collaboration with Octave to expand access to care.
• Competitive hourly compensation based on licensure.

Requirements

• LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD required.
• Current License in Virginia.
• At least 2 fully licensed clinicians within the group.
• Own office space for in-person services.
• 1 year of related post-license clinical experience required.
• Experience in CBT, DBT, or trauma therapies preferred.
• Commitment to culturally responsive care.
• Open to feedback and collaboration.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
• Proficient in using telehealth tools.
