Senior SAP CS Consultant - Remote

Overview

NTT DATA is looking for a Senior SAP CS Consultant to work remotely with our global client, responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying SAP solutions to meet business goals.

In Short

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP systems.
• Understand business requirements and prepare project blueprints.
• Implement and configure SAP projects.
• Provide training to end-users and support queries.
• Conduct structured testing and ensure solution stabilization.
• Perform data mapping and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with customer service teams.
• Work on full cycle implementations in large organizations.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of SAP modules.
• Experience with globally distributed teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Functional consultant experience.
• 7+ years working on SAP Customer Service (CS).
• 5+ years in full cycle implementations, including S/4 HANA.
• Configuration expertise in CS flows.
• Knowledge of repairs processing and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines.
• Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing sectors is a plus.
