Overview

The Dedicated Maintenance Engineer (DME) serves as a Subject Matter Expert, providing customer-focused maintenance deliverables and enhancing the Technical Support experience.

In Short

  • Act as a key resource for Technical Support Platinum service.
  • Provide a variety of maintenance specific deliverables.
  • Act as a proactive liaison for customer recommendations.
  • Implement customer-approved action plans.
  • Serve as a forensic specialist for IP networks.
  • Partner with the Constant Care Team (CCT).
  • Interface with customers on open technical support issues.
  • Enhance customer’s Technical Support Service experience.
  • Must be located in North America.
  • Relocation is not offered.
