Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Cyber Awareness Training Curriculum Lead to drive our enterprise-wide cyber security education initiatives.

• Design and lead the development of a comprehensive cyber security awareness curriculum.
• Translate complex cyber security concepts into engaging content for non-technical audiences.
• Develop written materials, presentations, and multi-media training assets.
• Partner with various teams to align training initiatives with business needs.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Leverage data analytics to measure training effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest cyber threats and trends.
• Design and implement a Cyber Security Champion Program.
• Monitor and report on the program's effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cyber security awareness or training.
• Conversant on cyber security topics, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience in creating role-based learning paths.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Strong writing and content development skills.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) is a plus.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and eLearning tools.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
