Overview

As a Design Engineer at Navattic, you will be involved in the entire journey from customer insight to shipped features, focusing on product discovery, design, and end-to-end execution.

In Short

Collaborate with product engineers to analyze customer feedback.
Design features for core and new products.
Iterate and prototype designs collaboratively.
Polish existing features with a focus on design.
Design and code UI patterns for optimal user experience.
Build components for the design system ensuring consistency.
Take projects from concept through to frontend implementation.
Prototype ideas and test with users before building.
Ensure effective communication between design and code.
Contribute to a product-minded design philosophy.

Requirements

Strong Figma skills with a focus on user experience and visual design.
Proficiency in frontend development (HTML, CSS, Typescript).
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Understanding of user research and design insights.
Mid to Staff level experience preferred.
