Nagarro is a digital product engineering company looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer to lead and contribute to Salesforce implementations and customization.

In Short

• Lead Salesforce implementations and customization.
• Develop CRM business functionalities aligned with organizational needs.
• Design and configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Work on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Force.com development.
• Develop and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement approval processes, process flows, and email notifications.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards to support business operations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Perform deployment activities between different Salesforce environments.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in implementing 2-4 Salesforce projects.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development & configuration, including Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Sales Cloud customization and implementation.
• Knowledge of security implementation (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Settings).
• Experience with Validation Rules, Workflow, Process Builder, Approval Processes.
• Experience creating Reports & Dashboards.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERP, Legacy Systems, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
