Overview

The Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician is responsible for performing maintenance tasks necessary to ensure the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, focusing on proactive maintenance and safety.

In Short

• Install and maintain auxiliary equipment as required.
• Maintain and repair utility and facility-related equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in an industrial environment or military experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with PLC and industrial controls preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with mechanical lifts.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including kneeling and bending.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
