Analista de FP&A - Remote

Overview

Multiplica Talent is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in multinational environments, strong analytical skills, advanced digital tool proficiency, and a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis.

In Short

• Assist in preparing and presenting annual budgets, financial estimates, and strategic plan scenarios.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data analysis to identify key business trends and financial risks.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and guide decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team on strategic financial planning, identifying and measuring key performance indicators.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to optimize processes, improve financial transparency, and drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Present clear, concise, and understandable reports of complex financial data to non-financial associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an FP&A Analyst in multinational companies.
• Proven experience in creating and managing complex financial models.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Advanced knowledge of computer tools, including MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
