Requirements

• Strong motion graphics and custom animation skills (After Effects or equivalent)
• Proven experience in video editing for B2B or corporate content
• AI-assisted workflow: familiarity with AI tools for editing
• Ownership mentality and proactive communication skills
• Ability to maintain consistent brand identity across formats
• Fast turnaround and reliable communication
• An eye for quality and attention to detail
• YouTube thumbnail design experience is a plus
