Overview

The bilingual MS Knowledge Network Navigator is the first point of contact for the organization, guiding individuals to appropriate resources, programs, and services while providing critical front-line support to Canadians living with and impacted by MS.

In Short

  • Work full-time, 35 hours per week, from anywhere in Canada.
  • Flexible work options including remote work.
  • Provide support to individuals affected by MS via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain current knowledge about the organization to respond effectively to inquiries.
  • Guide individuals to various resources, programs, and services.
  • Collect and disseminate information on MS knowledge.
  • Assess and document community members' needs and concerns.
  • Proactively support the MS community.
  • Work hours are 9am-5pm PST (12pm-8pm EST).

Requirements

  • Bilingualism is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Knowledge of MS or related health issues is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools.
