Reservation Agent - Remote

Overview

As a Reservation Agent at Motel One, you will provide excellent service to guests during the reservation process, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience.

In Short

• Handle reservations, overbookings, and options.
• Maintain Sihot and electronic reservation systems.
• Prepare and control invoices (debtors and creditors) according to pricing guidelines.
• Manage deposits and monitor timely payments.
• Support the Sales and Front Office teams during peak times.

Requirements

• Training in hotel management or experience in hospitality/restaurant/telephone customer service or willingness to transition.
• High quality awareness and service orientation, along with hosting qualities and passion for hospitality.
• Open, communicative demeanor, good manners, and proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Team player with a willingness to support across departments.
