In Short

• Lead ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of the consumer product vision and roadmap.
• Launch and optimize consumer and business-facing features to increase member growth, engagement, retention, and ARPU.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and researchers to execute high ROI product opportunities.
• Build alignment with key stakeholders and seek a range of perspectives.
• Be the voice of the consumer through user discovery and research.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative user data to inform product decisions.
• Experience in product management with a focus on web and mobile products.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and seeking new data to maximize ROI.
• Experience with an agile discovery and development process.
• Strong communicator and influencer.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience building and growing two-sided marketplaces is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively.
• Technically and analytically savvy, with experience in running large-scale experiments.
• Strong consumer empathy and product intuition.
