Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Remote

Overview

Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire a BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analysts) for in-home ABA therapy services in the greater Atlanta, GA area. This position is mainly a remote position with the occasional in-person assessment/re-assessment.

In Short

• Develop individualized assessments and treatment plans
• Plan, manage and support technician staff's implementation of behavioral intervention plans
• Provide ABA training for parents and other caregivers
• Monitor and evaluate progress and treatment effectiveness regularly
• Manage data regarding the client's progress using our software program
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Holds a master's degree in behavior analysis from a college or university accredited by the Association for Behavioral Analysis
• Display excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Proven experience in the ABA Field
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices with a focus on child development
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with families and staff
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of care
• Need to be licensed or in the process of becoming licensed in the State of Georgia
