Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Entra Tenant-to-Tenant Design & Migration Expert to architect, plan, and execute a complex Microsoft 365 and Azure separation as a company transitions from a single Microsoft tenant into multiple tenants while maintaining seamless collaboration.

In Short

• Design and document a comprehensive tenant-to-tenant migration strategy.
• Define the co-existence model for ongoing collaboration post-separation.
• Assess and plan the separation of Microsoft Entra ID tenants.
• Plan and execute Microsoft 365 tenant migration.
• Restructure Azure subscriptions and resource groups.
• Migrate on-premises Active Directory environments.
• Implement security policies and compliance measures.
• Conduct security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
• Work in complex enterprise environments with 1,000+ users.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Expertise in Azure subscription design and management.
• Strong understanding of on-premises Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Hybrid Configuration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security best practices.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
