• Handle heavy deal volume within the corporate and real estate teams.
• Manage real estate due diligence for sale and purchase and financing transactions.
• Manage complex closings of real estate sale and purchase deals.
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate transactional experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions as a licensed attorney.
• Experience with a wide range of real estate transactions.
• Effective negotiation skills in complex real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting experience of purchase and sales agreements.
• Solid legal writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
