Mercor is seeking experienced real estate sales agents to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in real estate sales through hands-on scenario creation and validation. It's an opportunity to contribute your expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently and remotely on your own schedule.

In Short

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world real estate sales work based on your professional experience
• Create realistic situations involving property showings, client consultations, pricing negotiations, market analysis, and closing transactions
• Develop scenarios for handling buyer objections, preparing comparative market analyses, coordinating with lenders and inspectors, staging advice, and navigating multiple offer situations
• Review and evaluate AI responses to real estate sales queries for accuracy and professional standards
• Provide detailed feedback on real estate sales scenarios to improve AI training
• Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours
• Project start date: immediately, lasting for around 6 weeks
• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor
• Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect

Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience as a real estate sales agent in residential or commercial property sales
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities
• Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
• Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz
• 14 years experience preferred
