Mercor is seeking experienced parks and recreation workers to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in public recreation programming through hands-on scenario creation and validation. In Short

• Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world parks and recreation work
• Create realistic situations involving program planning and community engagement
• Develop scenarios for handling diverse populations and safety protocols

• Fully remote and asynchronous work schedule
• Expected workload of 20+ hours per week, flexible up to 40 hours

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a recreation worker
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management experience
• Proficient with computers and various software systems
• Excellent written communication skills
• Pass video interview, background check, and qualification quiz
• 14 years of experience preferred
