Mercor is seeking native German speakers who are also finance professionals based in Germany. This role combines your financial analysis and investment expertise with language mastery, helping train cutting-edge AI models in the finance domain.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in German and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of professional experience in finance or related sectors.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial writing or instructional design is valued.
• Experience with grading or rubric development is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI models is a bonus.
