In Short

• Develop, plan, and produce engaging content (Reels, Stories, Posts) for Instagram and TikTok.
• Ensure that your content sparks interest and trust in the community while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
• Research current social media trends and creatively adapt them to our content.
• Assist in organizing the social media calendar and structuring campaigns.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments, and ensure followers feel inspired and heard.
• Monitor content performance and suggest ideas for improvement.

Requirements

• You are passionate about social media and familiar with platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• You bring creativity and a sense of trends and design.
• A keen eye for detail, especially regarding branding and aesthetics.
• Adaptability and openness to using feedback for personal development.
• Basic knowledge of photography and video editing is a plus.
• Organizational talent and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Some experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing programs like CapCut, InShot is advantageous.
